Private Party Options
MOBILE Private Paint Party (below is info for our classic acrylic paint party and Wine Glass Paint Party):
$475.00 for “up to 10 painters/mobile party” + $30/person after the 10-painter minimum. This includes a 2 hour* paint party, and a custom painting based on a theme or picture of your choosing. *Please note for children’s parties, painting will take anywhere from 45 minutes – 1.5 hours depending on age. Pricing remains the same.
Above pricing is for a “mobile” party which means I come to you. I provide all paint party supplies** excluding tables and chairs.
Please have tables and chairs set where you'd like them when we arrive and allow 30 minutes - 1 hour of setup time and the same for our clean up. This time does not take away from your 2 hour party! Once we decide on a date and time, a non-refundable $475.00 deposit is required to save the date. Jessica will send you a separate email with a secure, payable invoice. The remaining balance (if applicable) may be paid via cash or card at time of event.
MOBILE Private Pet Portrait Paint Party:
$650.00 for “up to 10 painters/mobile party” + $65/person after the 10-painter minimum. This includes a 2.5-hour paint party, and a sketch of each pet on canvas. A clear photo of each pets’ face will need to be emailed to pnppaintparty@gmail.com at least 5 days prior to the event so Jess has time to sketch it and get color suggestions ready. Due to time constraints, only one pet per painter so if sending a photo that includes more than one pet, please specify which pet you want sketched.

MOBILE Private Watercolor Workshop:
$575.00 for “up to 10 painters/mobile party” + $45/person after the 10-painter minimum. Watercolor can be catered to the timing you need (best if activity is at least 2hours and maximum of 2.5 hours).
Watercolor painting is a perfect activity for all experience levels (including no experience). Jess will demonstrate watercolor techniques and color mixing giving the participant plenty of time to work with the paint themselves.
Water coloring is relaxing, whimsical and can be meditative. This workshop includes all supplies needed to create with during the workshop.
Above pricing is for a “mobile” party which means I come to you. I provide all painting activity supplies** excluding tables and chairs.
Please have tables and chairs set where you'd like them when we arrive and allow 30-40 minutes of setup time.
Each painter just needs enough space as a normal table setting.

MOBILE Private Art Journaling Workshop:
$700.00 for “up to 10 painters/mobile party” + $70/person after the 10-painter minimum. Art journaling can be catered to the timing you need (best if activity is at least 1.5 hours and maximum of 2.5 hours).
Art Journaling is a perfect activity for all experience levels (including no experience). Jess will demonstrate how to capture your experience on an art page in your journal by using pen, pencil and watercolor.
Art journaling is relaxing, whimsical and can be meditative. This workshop includes all supplies for you to also TAKE HOME with you when you are done so that you can continue your art journey.
Above pricing is for a “mobile” party which means I come to you. I provide all painting activity supplies** excluding tables and chairs.
Please have tables and chairs set where you'd like them when we arrive and allow 30 minutes of setup time.

MOBILE Vision Board Workshop (should be held INDOORS):
$500.00 for “up to 10 participants/mobile party” + $40/person after the 10-participant minimum. This includes a 2.5-hour vision board workshop with a letter writing activity at the end. Each participant will receive a 16X20 canvas to place their visuals on, plenty of magazines to gather inspiration, scissors, and mod podge (glue) to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
*Please note I will arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to start time to setup. Just have your tables and chairs ready when I arrive.

Gather your friends, family, and coworkers for a Private Paint Party!
Simply select one of the options below, let us know two or three day and time options for your event, and get ready to let your creativity shine. We'll coordinate all the details like mailing supplies and sending e-vites so you and your fellow artsy-partiers can concentrate on perfecting your pigments and lining up that brushstroke. For painting sample options…view the bottom of this page for a variety of choices! We can also create a custom painting for your event as long as we have at least one week notice.

All-inclusive! Our most popular!! Includes all of the above plus we cover shipping costs* via FedEx or UPS to any address in the continental U.S. We are unable to ship outside of the continental U.S. at this time due to inconsistent delivery success and costs. A list of addresses must be sent to us 3 weeks prior to event to ensure proper and timely packing and shipping.
Paint Bundle includes: one 11 x 14 canvas, tabletop easels, 5 pigments of paint (2oz of each color), 3 paint brushes various sizes. Please send an email to pnppaintparty@gmail.com for supply suggestions that your international participants can source locally.
There is a (5) five-person minimum for Private Paint Parties. A non-refundable deposit will be invoiced and due immediately in the amount of $350 to book your date. The remaining balance based on your final number of attendees is due 24 hours prior to the event. Payment for the deposit and remaining balance may be split among multiple parties
