PRIVATE PARTIES

Reserve our studio, or we'll bring the party to you! If you have a special occasion such as a birthday party, baby shower, team building or just a group of friends getting together...we'd love to help you throw an awesome party! We have also added Private Craft Parties as an option (studio only).

Private Paint Party (studio): $300.00 for up to 10 painters + $20/painter after the 10 painter minimum.  This includes studio time for 3 hours (3 hours INCLUDES any setup of food/beverage/decorations and cleanup) and all paint party supplies + instructor.  If availability allows, an additional hour can be purchased at time of deposit for $50/hour. There is a 35 painter maximum for studio parties.  The painting portion takes 1.5-2 hours and the rest of the time may be used however you'd like (set up of party decorations if desired, socializing, etc)  You may bring in any food or beverage you'd like (if bringing alcohol please be prepared to show ID and must be 21+ years of age to consume).  You may choose a painting from the "gallery" on the website or email us with a theme and we'll create a painting for your party.  Once we decide on a date and time, a non-refundable $300.00 deposit is required to save the date for the minimum package pricing.  The remaining balance may be paid via cash or card at time of event.  For private paint party inquiries and booking, please feel free to contact us. Private Paint Party (mobile): $350.00 for up to 10 painters + $25/person after the 10 painter minimum.  We can supply a mobile party for a maximum of 100 painters...if you have the space, I have the supplies!  This includes a 2 hour*  paint party and a custom painting based on a theme or picture of your choosing.  *Please note: for children's parties time of painting may vary between 45 minutes-1.5 hours based on age.  I supply everything you will need excluding tables and chairs.  Please allow 30 minutes - 1 hour of setup time and the same for our clean up.  This time does not take away from your 2 hour party!  Once we decide on a date and time, a non-refundable $350.00 deposit is required to save the date for the minimum package pricing. The remaining balance may be paid via cash or card at time of event. Pop-Up Paint Party:  If you own or operate a venue such as a restaurant, winery, country club, etc and would like to set up a paint party then please contact us with details and we can talk about working together to make an amazing Pop-Up Paint Party event at your location! 

Private Craft Party (studio option only, no mobile craft parties): Our Crafting Parties are a perfect alternative to our traditional paint parties! It’s a great way to spend time with friends, celebrate a birthday or bridal shower and we have some really cute options that can be created during a baby shower! $350.00 for up to 10 crafters + $25/crafter after the 10crafter minimum.  This includes studio time for 3 hours (3 hours INCLUDES any setup of food/beverage/decorations and cleanup, we suggest telling the guests to arrive 15 minutes after your studio time starts to that you may setup before they arrive). If availability allows, an additional hour can be purchased at time of deposit for $50/hour.

All supplies to create a painted or stained wood sign will be provided. There is also an option to paint on a large canvas tote bag. There are a variety of options for each participant to choose ONE design to work on (subject to availability). There is a 25 crafter maximum for craft parties.  The crafting portion comes with some general instruction and assistance during creation but is unguided. This allows each participant to have the freedom to create the perfect decor for their home.

*a close estimate of attendees will be needed at time of booking for planning purposes but there is room for increase in head count at time of event
