Paint parties are a great option for fundraising events! a paint party is a way to gather a large group of people in a fun and creative setting to support a cause close to their hearts! Please read below for all fundraising information. If you’d like to book a date for your fundraiser, email email@example.com to start the process (we do not host fundraisers for individuals.)
Once a date, time and location for your fundraising event is agreed upon, a $300.00 non-refundable save the date deposit is required. This amount will be deducted from the total owed to Progress Not Perfection Paint Parties the night of the event. PNP only keeps $20/ticket purchased and the organization booking the party keeps the rest. You may charge an amount of your choosing per ticket. We suggest selling them via Eventbrite or a comparable site. To keep costs down for your organization and allow you to have visibility and control of the guest list, we do not sell tickets on our website for fundraisers. We will post the fundraiser to all of our social media (Facebook, Instagram and at least 2 of our email newsletters which has a list of over 1,000 paint party customers.) We will post the event to our calendar at pnppaintparty.com with ticket purchasing information.
Studio Paint Party Fundraiser: Studio parties are held at 125 Central Ave at our Progress not Perfection Paint Parties Venue. This option will allow you to have up to 35 painters present. You may bring in any food and beverage you’d like (please be prepared to check ID’s if serving alcoholic beverages.) 3 hour studio time (includes setup, paint party is 1.5 hours which leaves plenty of time for socializing and raffles etc.), 1-2 instructors included, all tables and chairs and paint party supplies included.
Off site Paint Party Fundraiser: We will come to a venue of your choosing! 1-2 instructors included. This party is 2 hours and we will arrive 1-1.5 hours ahead of time for set up depending on head count. Please provide a rough estimate head count 2 days prior to event. Tables and chairs NOT included, please have table, chairs and table coverings set upon arrival. All paint party supplies included.
